You are welcome to join the 2023 Chinese New Year Party for International Students, to enjoy the joyful moment with us. At the party, there will be delicious cuisine, interesting activities, and various prizes of lucky draw prepared for you!

📣 Party information:
❖ Event Date: Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022
❖ Check-in time: 12:00-12:30
❖ Activity time: 12:30-14:00
❖ Venue: Shuei Yue Xiang（水粵香）restaurant, B1 General Building, Main Campus II
❖ Qualification: NTNU International Students only (Including International students, Overseas Chinese students, Mainland Chinese students, Exchange students, Visiting students)

📣Registration Steps:
❖ Step 1: Fill out the online registration form before the deadline on November 11,2022 by 12 p.m.　https://forms.gle/qpJPCfU7BWrJiVWi6

❖ Step 2: Stay tuned for an email with the confirmation to participate in the
party on November 11,2022 evening.（Lucky draw will be held when the quota is full）

❖ Step 3: After receiving the email, hand in the deposit of NTD 100 to Ms. Chelsea Yang at the Office of International Affairs (OIA) during November 14 to 18,2022 by 12 p.m ,and get the party pass.

[Reminder]
The quotas of participants are limited. We will【draw lots】online on November 11 to determine the final list if the quotas are full. Those who are selected will receive an email informing you of handing the deposit. 

※The registration process is completed after the deposit is paid, and those who fail to pay the deposit within the deadline are considered to give up participation.
※ Remember to bring the party pass with you at the party, the deposit will be returned to you with a party pass.
