外生僑生獎學金

⭐ 依據『香港校友會公布之獎學金申請辦法』

According to the "Scholarship Application Guidelines Announced by the Hong Kong Alumni Association."

⭐『申請對象』Eligibility
本校學士班香港僑生（包括僑先部）在學學生，本學年未獲校內其他獎學金者優先。

Current undergraduate Hong Kong overseas Chinese students (including those from the Preparatory Program) who have not received other university scholarships in this academic year will be given priority.

⭐『申請資格』Application Requirements

1. 112學年度學業成績平均GPA達3以上(一年級生視113學年度第1學期成績)。

    Achieved an average GPA of 3 or above in the 112 academic year (first-year students based on the first semester's results).

2. 香港永久居民(需檢附身分證影本)。

Permanent resident of Hong Kong (must provide a copy of the identity card).

3. 獲獎助學生需於當學年結束前繳交感謝信一封。

Awarded students must submit a thank-you letter before the end of the current academic year.

⭐『獲獎金額及領獎規定』Scholarship Amount and Conditions

1. 名額：7名 (國文學系4名，其他學系清寒3名)

Number of recipients:7 (4 students from the Department of Chinese Literature, 3 financially disadvantaged students from other departments)

2. 獲獎金額：每名可獲獎助金新臺幣10,000元整。

Scholarship amount: NT$10,000 per recipient.

⭐『申請時間』Application Period

2025/3/25 (星期二) 至 2025/4/8 (星期二) 上午12點止。
From Tuesday, March 25, 2025, to Tuesday, April8, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

⭐『申請方式』Application Process
Step 1: 將下列「應繳交之申請資料」依序掃描成單一PDF檔並存檔(檔名以   

「學號_姓名」命名)。

Scan the required documents listed below into a single PDF file, named as "Student ID_ Name".

 Step 2: 填寫線上申請(點我跳轉網頁)表單，並將上述PDF檔上傳。  

Fill out the online application form and upload the PDF file.

2.	112學年度上下學期學業成績單1份(一年級生須繳交113學年度第1學期學業成績單1份)。 One transcript for both semesters of the 112 academic year (first-year students must submit the transcript for the first semester of the 113 academic year).	🔹成績單申請 Grades (Students) /    Transcript Application    → 中文網站；English Website
3.	112學年度上下學期操行成績單1份(一年級生須繳交113學年度第1學期操行成績單1份)。 One conduct grade report for both semesters of the 112 academic year (first-year students must submit the report for the first semester of the 113 academic year).	🔹請至投幣機【校園e卡資訊服務站】    申請操行證明申請  Please visit the vending machine at the Campus e-Card Information Service Station to apply for a Conduct Certificate.   → 中文網站；English Website
4.	113-2在學證明1份。 One enrollment certificate for the second semester of the 113 academic year.	🔹在學證明申請  Student Status Certificate Application  → 中文網站；English Website
6.	香港身份證1份。 One copy of the Hong Kong identity card.
7.	清寒證明Certificate of Financial Hardship
8.	居留證or臺灣身分證正反面1份One copy of both sides of the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) or Taiwan ID card	(須於有效期限內)  (Must be within the valid period)
9.	存摺封面1份 One copy of the bankbook cover	(須為本人帳戶)。(Must be the applicant's account).
注意事項Important Notes **資料不齊或逾期者恕不受理!!Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted!
