本次工讀申請表預計開放至5月15日止,視情況延長。

經審查後擇優通知面試,屆時會再寄發信件調查合適面試時段(預計面試日期為5/20-22中午),請留意收件匣及垃圾信件匣。(未符合者恕不另通知)

預計於面試後一周內通知錄取者,未錄取者恕不另通知。

若申請本處工讀者動機是希望增加與外國學生交流機會或赴外交換機會者,請勿申請!!!

 

【工作內容】

  1. 維持辦公室整潔工作
  2. 公文傳遞
  3. 協助影印、掃描
  4. 協助諮詢人流引導
  5. 活動支援
  6. 資料撰打處理、檔案整理
  7. 其他臨時交辦事項

 

【徵求條件】

  1. 本校在學學生。
  2. 境外生需具有本國工作證。
  3. 領有身心障礙手冊者優先錄取。
  4. 工作態度細心認真負責、具高度服務熱忱、擅長溝通協調、具獨立作業能力。
  5. 中英文聽讀說寫流利且具備與國際學生溝通與交流之英文能力者優先錄取。

 

【錄取人數】

依每學期業務需求及經費額度而定。

 

【核發工讀金方式】

每月底發放工讀金乙次,依學校作帳流程約3周後會核撥至學生戶頭。

 

【工讀時間】

  1. 依國際處開放時間(0800-1200/1330-1730)視業務需求分配為原則。
  2. 每天每時段至少排班2小時,可連續排班4小時者優先排班,每日最高時數以8小時為限,
  3. 境外生每週以不超過20小時為原則,每月時數以不超過80小時為限(寒、暑假期間除外)。

 

【工讀地點】

以國際事務處為原則,或由本處所指定之工讀地點。

 

【其他備註】

  1. 工讀需按時簽到退打卡,並應主動積極負責態度,切勿遲到早退。
  2. 請假須事先申請,並請其他工讀夥伴協助代班。
  3. 倘未經本處考核通過者,將逕取消其工讀資格。
  4. 考核工作績效,將作為本處往後工讀續用與否之參考依據。

The part-time work application form will be open until May 15th, with the possibility of extension depending on circumstances.

★After reviewing applications, selected candidates will be notified for interviews. Interview schedules will be communicated via email (anticipated dates: May 20-22 at noon). Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders regularly. (Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified separately.)

★Successful applicants will be notified within a week after the interviews. Unsuccessful applicants will not receive separate notifications.

★Applicants seeking opportunities to increase interactions with foreign students or participate in exchange programs are advised not to apply!

 

【Job Description】

  1. Maintain cleanliness in the office.
  2. Handle document delivery.
  3. Assist with photocopying and scanning.
  4. Assist in directing and guiding inquiries.
  5. Support activities as needed.
  6. Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization.
  7. Handle other assigned tasks as required.

 

【Requirements】

  1. Must be a current student of our university.
  2. International students must have a valid work permit from their home country.
  3. Priority will be given to individuals with disabilities.
  4. Must demonstrate attention to detail, responsibility, enthusiasm for service, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently.
  5. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international students in English, preferred.

 

【Number of Positions】

The number of positions available will depend on the business needs and budget allocation for each semester.

 

【Payment Method】

Part-time wages will be disbursed once per month, with funds typically transferred to the student's account about 3 weeks after processing.

 

【Work Hours】

  1. Work hours will be allocated based on the International Affairs Office's opening hours (0800-1200/1330-1730) and business needs.
  2. At least 2 hours per shift, with preference given to those available for 4-hour shifts. Maximum of 8 hours per day.
  3. International students are generally limited to 20 hours per week and 80 hours per month (excluding winter and summer breaks).

 

【Work Location】

Primarily at the International Affairs Office or at a location designated by the office.

 

【Additional Notes】

  1. Attendance must be punctual, and students must demonstrate a proactive and responsible attitude, avoiding tardiness or early departure.
  2. Leave requests must be submitted in advance, and students should arrange for a replacement with other part-time colleagues if necessary.
  3. Failure to meet the office's performance standards may result in termination of the part-time position.
  4. Performance evaluations will be considered for future part-time employment opportunities.
