⭐ Based on:

The “Regulations Governing the Issuance of Scholarships for Outstanding and Excellent Conduct Overseas Chinese Students” by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC).

⭐ Application Eligibility

1. Overseas Chinese students currently in their second year or above (including second-year students, but excluding students who are repeating a year, repeating a grade/program year, extending their studies, or enrolled in master's/doctoral programs), with an overall academic GPA of 3.38 or higher for the 2025 Academic Year (both semesters) and conduct grades of “A” (80 points) or above in both semesters.
2. Students from Hong Kong or Macao studying at domestic higher education institutions under the “Regulations Regarding Hong Kong and Macao Residents Studying in Taiwan” and meeting the eligibility requirements in Item 1 are also eligible to apply.

Note: Recipients of this scholarship in 2026 are not eligible to apply for the “Donated Scholarship for Overseas Chinese Students” in 2027 using their 2025 academic records.

 

⭐ Award Details

Award quotas and amounts are as follows. Scholarship recipients will also receive one certificate of award:

1. Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship: 15 recipients, NT$20,000 each.
2. Excellent Conduct Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship: 65 recipients, NT$6,000 each.

From now until Friday, September 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

⭐ Application Procedure

(Online submission + hard copy submission. Both must be completed by the deadline to complete the application. Late applications will not be accepted.)

Step 1. Prepare and scan the following required documents in the specified order into a single PDF file and save it.
