★【Scholarship for Overseas Chinese Students】2025 OCAC Outstanding and Excellent Conduct Scholarship Now Open for Applications (Deadline: September 18, 2025 at 12:00 PM)

Based on:
"Regulations Governing the Issuance of Scholarships for Outstanding and Excellent Conduct Overseas Chinese Students" by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC).

Eligibility:

  1. Overseas Chinese students currently in their second year or above (including second-year students, but excluding students repeating a year, extending their studies, or enrolled in master's/doctoral programs) with a GPA of 3.38 or higher for both semesters of the 2024 academic year and conduct grades of “A” or above in both semesters.
  2. Students from Hong Kong or Macao studying at domestic higher education institutions under the "Regulations Regarding Hong Kong and Macao Residents Studying in Taiwan" and meeting the above criteria are also eligible to apply.

Note: Recipients of this scholarship in 2025 are not eligible to apply for the "Donated Scholarship for Overseas Chinese Students" in 2026 using their 2024 academic records.

Award Details:
Winners will receive a certificate and scholarship as follows:

  1. Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship: 11 recipients, NT$20,000 each.
  2. Excellent Conduct Overseas Chinese Student Scholarship: 33 recipients, NT$6,000 each.

Open now until Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 12:00 PM.

Application Procedure
(Online submission + hard copy submission. Both must be completed by the deadline; late applications will not be accepted.)


Step 1: Prepare and scan the following required documents into a single PDF file (name the file as “StudentID_Name”).

3. Conduct Grades for the 2024 Academic Year (Original copy)

4. Copy of ARC, ID card (front and back), or Household Registration with ID number

Must be valid

5. Copy of Bankbook Cover Page

Must be the applicant's own account

Step 2: Fill out the Online Application Form and upload the above PDF.

Step 3: Submit the hard copies of the required documents to the Office of International Affairs (OIA).
