『申請對象與補助原則』Eligibilty and Guidelines

1.2025-26 年度擬錄取全台共計4名目前正於台灣就讀大學或研究所，需要經濟協助且在學表現優秀之外籍留學生。
The awardee quota on this Rotoary Club scholarship for 2025-2026 will be FOUR among all the international students/overseas Chinese students who are outstanding, economically challenged, and pursuing degree programs in Taiwan.

2.本助學金只要並未持有中華民國國籍者即符合資格。
Applicants have never registered a household in Taiwan.

3.得獎學生可獲得獎狀1紙及新台幣5萬元之獎助學金（分上下兩學期頒發，每次頒發新台幣25,000元整），並須親自蒞臨本社例會領取並報告其學習概況，不能出席者視同放棄得獎資格。
Each awardee will be rewarded a certificate and a scholarship of a total amount of NTD 50,000, deposited separately in two payments, NTD 25,000/payment, in the fall and spring semesters. Also, awardees must participate in the club meeting to report on their study plan, or the award will be revoked. 

 

⭐『申請時間』Application Period

2025/9/1（星期一）起至2025/10/10（星期三）截止(不是以郵戳為憑，而是送達時間)，將紙本資料掛號寄達台北天母扶輪社，資料未齊及逾期者恕不受理。
Send the documents by post to the Rotary Club of Taipei Tianmu from Sep1 to Oct 10, 2025 (The receipt time but  not the postmark date, will be considered as the submission date). Insufficient or incomplete documentation will not be reviewed.

『應繳交申請資料』Required Documents

1、申請表格（除推薦信及申請人簽名外，一律應以電腦打字）
The application form should be typed only, except for the recommendation part and the signatures.

2、最近2學年度成績單正本（新生可免）
Official transcript record for two academic years. (Freshmen in their first year are free to submit.) 

3、自傳
Autobiography

4、其他（無則免附）
Supporting documents(if applicable)

 

*申請表中【Section III 校方意見】請至國際事務處交由負責老師填寫。

Section III – Comments from the University: Please submit the application form to the Office of International Affairs for the responsible advisor to complete.

註：國際處開放收件時間：每週一至週五0900-1200 / 1330-1700（午休1200-1330暫停收件）。
OIA office hours: 9-12 AM and 1.30-5 PM on weekdays (Service is unavailable during the lunch break, at noon-0130 PM.)

 

 

『注意事項』Notes

1.書面審查通過之申請人由天母扶輪社個別通知面談，未通過者不再另行通知。
Applicants will be notified individually by the Rotoary Club to be interviewed if they meet the criteria.

2.所有申請資料因為需要影印給不同委員評審，請勿以釘書針裝訂。
Please do not staple the documents.

3.本獎助沒有排他性，申請者可同時請領其他單位的獎助金。
This scholarship is not exclusive to another.
