Temple University Visits NTNU

On June 20th, Dr. Hai-Lung Dai, Vice President for International Affairs and Ms. Yi-Lin Tsai, Managing Director from Temple University visited NTNU. Prof. Chung-Mou Lee, Executive Vice President; Prof. Hsiang-Lin Liu, Vice President of Office of International Affairs; Prof. Kwun-Min Chen, Dean, College of Science; Prof. De-Wai Chou, Dean, College of Management; and Prof. Shyue-Cherng Liaw, Vice Dean, College of Liberal Arts welcomed the guests in person.

Temple University has become partner school with NTNU since 2007, and both sides have had numerous academic cooperation since then. The agreements of double degree and student exchange program have benefited many students in NTNU, and Dr. Hai-Lung Dai is one of the contributors.

This time, the purpose of Dr. Hai-Lung Dai’s visit is to explore other possibilities of cooperation with NTNU in the future. Therefore, during the courtesy call, the two sides proposed various aspects of future cooperation, such as biotechnologie, electrical engineering and computer science, risk management, data analysis, and TESOL(Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) program. Everyone engaged in profound discussion, the guests had a great time in NTNU.
