International Cooperation

Vice President Nguyen Van Trao from Hanoi National University of Education, Vice Director of Centre for Continuing Training Vuong Huy Tho, Head of Academic Affair Trinh Tuan Anh, Dean of Faculty of Philology Do Hai Phong, Dean of Faculty of Primary Education Do Xuan Thao, Dean of Faculty of History Dao Tuan Thanh, Dean of Faculty of Geography Do Van Thanh, and Deputy Head of International Cooperation Officer Do Thi Kim Cuong visited NTNU on 18th of December, 2017. Vice President for of International Affairs, Office of International Affairs Kuang-Chao Yu from NTNU, Vice President for Teacher Education and Careers Service Mei-Hui Liu, Director of Office of Teacher Education and Careers Service Tzu-Bin Lin, and Asso. Dean of College of Education Jong-Long Kuo welcomed them in person. 

In addition to understand NTNU's academic exchange with other universities, the main purpose of Hanoi National University of Education is to discuss Taiwan's current educational situation and issues. During the courtesy call, Prof. Liu, Prof. Lin, and Prof. Kuo from NTNU introduced the strength of teacher training and internship opportunities among the educational circles on campus. During the discussion, the professors from NTNU also explained how they cope with different educational reform year by year in Taiwan, for instance, adjust courses and provide related knowledge to students studying in NTNU. Within the 2-hour talk, the professors in Hanoi National University of Education have understood NTNU better.

Before the courtesy call ended, Vice President Nguyen Van Trao emphasized that since both universities belongs to normal school, he hopes both sides could have more academic exchange after being a partner school with NTNU in the future.
