【2026 NTNU Farewell Party】

That year at NTNU, Sunny Days ☀️
We walked through campus across all four seasons, from the unfamiliarity of those first days to gradually knowing every path and every classroom by heart. Before we knew it, we had left a piece of our youth on this land 🌿  

Perhaps you achieved the goals you first set for yourself, or perhaps through constant exploration, you discovered a new direction along the way. Before we go our separate ways, let’s gather one more time with friends from different parts of the world who have shared this journey together. Let this evening hold our memories, and accompany you into the next chapter ahead.

We warmly invite you to join the 2026 International Students Farewell Party, to look back on the moments we’ve shared, and to bring your time at NTNU to a beautiful close ✨  

We look forward to seeing you again on just the right sunny day, reuniting in a familiar corner of campus, and gently picking up those precious memories from years gone by 💛  

1. Event Details
📅 Date : Thursday, May 21, 2026
🕑 Time : 18 : 00 ~ 20 : 50 ( Entry begins at 18 : 00 and the event officially starts at 18 : 30 )
📌 Location : Room 210, Exhibition Hall, Union Building I, Heping Campus I
⏰ Registration Deadline : Saturday, May 02, 2026, before 23 : 59
🎯 Qualification : International Students Graduating from NTNU in 2026
🎩 Dress Code : Red or White outfit with accessories representing your home country

2. Registration Steps:
Step1️⃣: Complete the online registration form before 23 : 59 on Saturday, May 02, 2026
Step2️⃣: Check your email by 12 : 00 on Sunday, May 03, 2026, to confirm whether you have been selected to participate in the Farewell party.
※ Due to limited spots, if applications exceed 120, spots will be allocated by random draw.
Step3️⃣: After receiving the Admission Notification Mail, please go to the Office of International Affairs to pay a deposit of NT$100 to Ms. Evans Liang and collect your admission ticket.
( Office Hours  09 : 00 ~ 12 : 00 , 13 : 30 ~ 17 : 00 )
※ Deposit Payment Period : May 04, 2026 (Mon.) 09 : 00 ~ May 08, 2026 (Fri.) before 17 : 00
❗You must complete all of the above steps to successfully register！
❗Registration is only complete upon deposit payment. Late payments are considered a forfeit of the spot.
❗Please bring your admission ticket to the event to redeem your deposit.

❗Due to limited spots, filling out the form does not guarantee participation in the event.
❗If there are too many applicants, participants will be selected by random draw; if there are still spots available, all applicants will be accepted and notified for payment.
