Dear international students,

We sincerely invite you to join the 2023 NTNU Farewell Party for International Students.
Through the interesting activities and warm ceremonies in the party, we will create a perfect ending to your life at NTNU.

 <Event Information>

Date: May 22, 2023 (Mon.)

Activity time: 18:00~20:30

Venue: Room 210, Exhibition Hall, Union Building I, Heping Campus II, NTNU

Dress code: Blue clothes or accessories

Sign up qualification: International students who will graduate from NTNU in 2023

Notice:  Dine indoor

 

<Steps for registration>

Participants will be selected by drawing, as described below:

❶ NTNU international graduates who are interested in participating in our Farewell Party, please fill out the online registration form before 4 p.m. on May 2nd, 2023. only this period will be open for online application, after this period the form will not be opened again. Registration Form: https://forms.gle/aGKLxWS615y2H2mu8

❷ Due to the limited seats, if the quota is full, all participants will be selected by a drawing.

❸ The organizer will conduct a drawing to select the list of successful participants and announce it  9 p.m.  on May 2nd, 2023.

❹  Admitted students are requested to submit the NTD100 deposit to Ms. Chelsea Yang at the Office of International Affairs and get the ticket before 4:00 pm on May 8th, 2023.

Note: If there are vacancies, the vacancies will be filled according to the sequence on the waiting list.
 

【Notice】

*The entire event is free of charge and only a deposit of NTD 100 is required. Please visit Ms. Chelsea Yang at the Office of International Affairs to pay the deposit.

*The registration will be complete only after the deposit is paid, and late payment will be considered as giving up on participation.
 

【Reminder】

(1) Tickets are required for entrance, remember to bring the ticket with you at the party, the deposit will be returned to you with the ticket shown.

(2) Please comply with the guidelines of epidemic prevention on campus :

❶ Those who test positive in COVID-19 screening are not allowed to participate in this event.

❷  It is  recommended to wear a mask at all times if you have a fever or respiratory symptom.

❸ Alcohol spray is placed at the entrance, please feel free to make more use of it by yourself.
