1. Eligibility:
Japanese international students currently enrolled at our university in their second year of undergraduate studies or above.

2. Scholarship Details:
Each recipient will receive NT$60,000. Additionally, a monthly transportation subsidy of NT$6,000 for attending regular meetings will be provided. A monthly allowance of NT$5,500 will be disbursed.

3. Required Application Documents:

1. One copy of the Taipei Tokai Rotary Club Scholarship Application Form

2. One original copy of the academic transcript from the previous academic year

3. A self-introduction (at least 400 words, in either Chinese or Japanese)

4. A study plan (at least 400 words, in either Chinese or Japanese)

5. One letter of recommendation (The recommender should be a university professor or a Rotary Club member)
