『Award Ceremony Information』

1. Date & Time: Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM
2. Venue: Meeting Room at Federation of Overseas Chinese Students Sponsored by Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations.(Room 16, 7th Floor, No. 121, Section 1, Chongqing South Road, Taipei City)
3. Please bring your student ID, personal stamp, and notification letter.Arrive by 9:30 AM for check-in and dressing formal and neat attire.
4. If you are unable to attend in person, you may authorize a classmate or family member to collect the award on your behalf.The authorized person must bring the notification letter, student ID, personal stamp, and an authorization letter. Failure to comply will be considered a forfeiture  of the award.
5. Award recipients are required to write a thank-you letter (or an equivalent expression of gratitude) to the sponsoring organization or donor.The letter should be submitted at the award ceremony, and the Foundation will forward it to the respective donor.

★★★Award recipients must collect their award ceremony notification letter from the Office of International Affairs before 12:00 PM, Tuesday, December 24, 2024.
