Registration for Formal TOCFL on November 13th and 14th is Now Open (from Oct. 4th to Oct. 20th)!

TOCFL Listening & Reading formal test (CBT)will be held on November 13^th (Sat.). TOCFL Speaking and Writing formal tests will be held on November 14^th (Sun.). The registration period is from Oct. 4^th (Mon.) to Oct. 20^th (Wed.). The test seats are limited, welcome candidates who are non-native speakers of Chinese to seize the chance!

How to get the 10% off TOCFL discount code: (Register after getting discount code)

STEP 1: Go to MTC R709 at BO-AI Building, Library Campus.
STEP 2: Go to R604 (computer lab) to register for the test and print the payment sheet.
STEP 3: Make your payment at a convenience store.

Please take the TOCFL Test Fee payment slip to pay at any convenience store (7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life, and OK Mart) in Taiwan before the deadline shown on your payment slip.

TOCFL Registration Cancellation & Refunds (for Use in Taiwan)

If you have already paid but cannot attend the test, you can apply to cancel your test registration and receive a refund. Email application procedure:

I. Deadline for applications to receive a refund: You can cancel your test and apply for a refund up until 4 days after the end of the registration period. (See the yearly test schedule) No applications will be accepted after the deadline.

1. Complete the TOCFL Registration Cancellation & Refund Application Form.
2. Email your application form (scanned or photographed) to SC-TOP (service@sc-top.org.tw).

II. Cancellation fee: There is a service charge of NT$300 for each application.

III. Refunds: Refunds are sent by registered mail one month after the date of the registered test, in the form of a postal order. IV. Please note: A refund will not be made if an application is incomplete, or provides incorrect information.
