For those who missed the first stage of registration, here's your chance!
There are still a few quotas left, we will open the online registration soon. If you are interested, please fill out the online application form by September 14, 2022, join the party and create wonderful memories at NTNU together!
 

Registration Steps:

• Step 1: Fill out the online registration form before September 14, 12:00 p.m. https://forms.glei3zaEztoqEqJSGzSA

　　　➜ Those who missed the deadline for deposit submission at the first stage will not be allowed to sign up this time

• Step 2: After receiving the confirmation email, please submit NTD 100 deposit to Ms. Chelsea Yang at the Office of International Affairs from September 15 to September 16

• Step 3: Get a party pass.

• Reminder: Due to the limited quotas of participants, the completion of the registration form doesn’t assure that you will be able to participate in the event. We will draw lots online to determine the final list if the quotas are full. If the quota is not full, all applicants will be accepted and you will be notified by email. If there is still space, we will open the second registration process.

        Welcome to NTNU! Office of International Affairs is going to hold the “ 2022 NTNU Welcome Party for International Students” on September 29, 2022.　At the party, delicious snacks and interesting activities will be prepared so that you can have fun and make new friends with students from all over the world.

       The theme of event is 【Night Market】, we hope to bring the buzzing atmosphere for new students to experience. Sincerely invite you to participate in the “2022 NTNU Welcome Party for International Students”. Let’s create the wonderful memories in NTNU together!

• Venue: Room 210, Exhibition Hall, General building, Main Campus II
• Qualification: New international students of 2022 spring and fall semester only
• Dress Code: 《White Clothes》

Registration Steps

• Step 1  Fill out the online registration form before September 2 (Thu), by 12 p.m.https://forms.gle/i3zaEztoqEqJSGzSA (Please log in to the NTNU G-mail account first to fill out the online registration form)
• Step 2  After receiving the confirmation email, please submit NTD 100 deposit to Ms. Chelsea Yang at the Office of International Affairs from September 5 (Mon.) to September 9 (Fri.).
• Step 3  Get a party pass.
• **Complete all the three steps then you are registered successfully! **
• 【Notice】Due to the limited quotas of participants, the completion of the registration form doesn’t assure that you will be able to participate in the event. We will draw lots online to determine the final list if the quotas are full. If the quota is not full, all applicants will be accepted and you will be notified by email. Also, if there is still space, we will open the second registration process for the people that didn’t get in from the draw. (Those who missed the deadline at the previous application will not be allowed to sign up for the second time.)
