Montenegrin Parliamentary Delegation Members Visit NTNU

On September 11, 2025, a four-member delegation from the Parliament of Montenegro visited National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). The delegation included Hon. Anđela Vojinović, Hon. Miloš Konatar, Hon. Seid Hadžić, and Hon. Momčilo Leković. This marked their first visit to both Taiwan and NTNU, which was the only university on their itinerary.

NTNU, a leading institution for international engagement in Taiwan, is a partner in the Ministry of Education’s “Taiwan-Europe Connectivity Scholarship” program. The visit aimed to strengthen educational ties between Taiwan and Montenegro, promote academic exchange, and explore the internationalization of higher education in Taiwan.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by Prof. Hsiu-Mei Hsieh, Associate Vice President for International Affairs; Ms. Kao-Ming Lin, Head of the Global Academic Collaborations Division; and Mr. Daniel Lin, Student Mobility Manager.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged information about NTNU and the University of Montenegro—the country’s oldest and only state university—as well as details on student opportunities through the "Taiwan-Europe Connectivity Scholarship Program."

Hon. Anđela Vojinović expressed her commitment to try to facilitate communication between NTNU and the University of Montenegro to help raise awareness among Montenegrin students about exchange opportunities in Taiwan.
