International Cooperation

On March 21st, Prof. Zhan-Ren Wang, Vice President; Mr. Liao-Yuan Xia, Vice Director of Office of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan affairs; and Mr. Xin Chu, Section Chief of Office of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan affairs from Northeast Normal University visited NTNU. Prof. Yung-Hsiang Ying, Executive Vice President; Prof. Hsiang-Lin Liu, Vice President of Office of International Affairs and Prof. Wen-Zhong Gao, Executive Director of School of Continuing Education welcomed the guests in person.

Northeast Normal University has become partner school with NTNU since 2010, and both sides have had numerous academic cooperation since then. This time, the purpose of their visit is to know how their students lead their life when studying in NTNU, therefore, their two exchange students,  Ms. Rui-Xue Lin, who studies in Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling; and Ms. Song-Jie HU, who studies in Department of Chinese, were both invited to the meeting. During the courtesy call, the two sides discussed about the student life in NTNU, and other topics such as university governance, industrial development, alumni relations management and study in Taiwan. Everyone engaged in profound discussion, the guests had a great time in NTNU.
