International Cooperation

On November 12th, Prof. Hong-Guang Cheng, Vice President of Office of International Affairs and Prof. Tao Liu, Associate Vice President of Office of International Affairs from Beijing Normal University visited NTNU. Prof. Miao-Ling Hsieh, Director of Division of International Student Affairs, Office of International Affairs; Prof. Zhen-Xing Lin, Associate Executive Director of  School of Continuing Education; and Joseph Huang, chief executive officer of Center of Public Affairs welcomed the guests in person.

Beijing Normal University has become partner school with NTNU since 2009, and both sides have had numerous academic cooperation since then. This time, with the event of "The 13th Seminar of Cross-Strait Affairs in Universities" in Feng Chia University this week, Prof. Hong-Guang Cheng and Prof. Tao Liu came to NTNU to exchange ideas about the development of both university. The two sides discussed about the improvement of facilities in both universities, the student exchange programs, and the "Hoping Download" program. Both representatives look forward to further cooperation in the future.

After the courtesy call, the student ambassador showed the 2 guests around the campus, they both had a great time in NTNU.
