- 1.Admission Decision NotificationAdmitted students will receive notification of the admission decision by registered mail. Applicants placed on the waitlist or not admitted should check their admission results on the application website. No separate notification by mail will be sent to applicants placed on the waitlist or not admitted.
- 2.Notification by EmailThe University will notify applicants of their admission results by email on the announcement date and also post the results on the application website. Applicants should check their admission results and follow-up procedures based on the schedule specified in the admission prospectus and the announcements on the application website. Please ensure that the email address provided in your application is correct and able to receive emails, and check your spam or junk mail folder. If you do not receive the email notification, please contact us at intlntnu@ntnu.edu.tw.
- 3. Online Confirmation for Admitted Students(Please also read the relevant provisions in the admission prospectus.)
- (1)Admitted students must complete both the first-stage and second-stage online confirmation by the specified deadlines. Completion of the first-stage online confirmation does not constitute final confirmation. Admitted students must also complete the second-stage online confirmation for final confirmation of their admission.
- (2)Failure to complete either stage of the online confirmation by the specified deadline will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the admission offer. Any resulting vacancy will be filled by applicants on the waitlist in order of priority. No request to reinstate the admission offer will be accepted on the grounds of not having received a notification.
- (3)If you are unable to complete the online confirmation due to an issue with the University's online confirmation system, please contact the University by email at intlntnu@ntnu.edu.tw before the applicable deadline and provide a screenshot showing the issue and the time when it occurred. The University will handle the matter based on the circumstances.
